All Your BI is a remote-first data agency based in Rotterdam. We hire to build an international data team focused on delivering managed BI services for logistics and industrial clients.

You’ll own outcomes end to end, including handoffs between sales and delivery, shaping the commercial case with Sales and leading demos to business and technical stakeholders. Maybe you call yourself a Solutions Consultant, a Pre-Sales Lead, a Delivery Whisperer, Senior \"Can-We-Actually-Deliver-What-We're-Selling\" Person… or maybe you just call yourself Robin. Whatever you call yourself: you'll make sure the right client problem becomes the right AYBI solution, and that what gets sold is what actually gets built. Not just a good proposal. A solution the team building it can stand behind too. You'll own the outcome end to end, including the handoff between the people who sell the work and the people who build it.

What you get

• A salary between €85,000–€90,000 gross per year, based on your experience.

What the job looks like

• Lead discovery and scoping for qualified opportunities: get past the feature request to the real business problem, the outcome the client wants, and the real constraints, then turn that into a solution using AYBI's data and BI platforms, including our own accelerator tools and the Microsoft data stack.

• Own the solution behind the proposal: the approach, deliverables, assumptions, risks, team and effort. Make the call when scope, client ambition, commercial pressure and delivery reality pull in different directions. You decide when a solution is ready to sell and when architects, engineers or other specialists need to validate it first.

• Shape the commercial case together with Sales, including the business case, the story and the pricing assumptions. Sales owns negotiation and closing; you own the credibility of what's underneath it. You'll also lead presentations, workshops and demos, explaining complex data work clearly to business and technical stakeholders.

• Own delivery readiness before AYBI commits: make sure scope, capacity, assumptions, responsibilities and what \"done\" actually looks like are understood by both sides. Build a proper handover for every signed deal and stay involved through the first 30 days to catch gaps before they turn into problems.

• Close the loop after the sale. Compare what was scoped against what the delivery team actually encountered, spot where margin or expectations slipped, and turn that into better proposals, playbooks and standards for next time.

• Keep improving the full process, from discovery through handover, using AI where it genuinely improves speed or quality. Track proposal turnaround, win rate, scope changes after signature and handover issues during the first 30 days.

What you bring

• Attitude and experience: energy, curiosity and healthy skepticism. You’ve led complex client work across consulting, solution design, pre-sales or delivery, and your ability to own the whole problem matters more than a specific number of years.

• Data and BI understanding: you understand modern data platforms, BI solutions and cloud environments well enough to shape a credible solution, challenge assumptions and work effectively with architects and engineers.

• Judgment across the deal: you can turn an ambiguous client question into clear outcomes, boundaries and a realistic delivery approach, while understanding how scope, price, risk and delivery effort interact. You spot missing requirements and unrealistic expectations early.

• Communication and stakeholder leadership: you can lead a room with commercial, operational and technical stakeholders, surface disagreement early, and move the group towards a decision. You write proposals and decision documents people can act on without a follow-up meeting.

• Ownership: you close the whole problem, including the awkward tail after signature, and you thrive without a manager directing your day. You turn recurring work into playbooks and standards that improve how the wider team operates.

• Language: strong English. Dutch is useful, but not required.

• Nice to have: experience in a data or BI consultancy; Microsoft Fabric, Azure or Power BI knowledge; experience with logistics, ports or industrial clients; commercial estimation or pricing experience; and experience improving pre-sales or delivery handover processes.
