All Your BI is a remote-first data agency based in Rotterdam. We seek a Senior Data Engineer to build Azure data platforms, pipelines, and data models across client accounts, delivering scalable, reliable production-grade solutions.

You will work on SQL Server, Databricks, and end-to-end pipelines, bringing a pragmatic, customer-focused mindset and strong communication to a remote Europe team. Growth and team trips are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Attitude to have constructive conversations and practical alternatives.
• 5+ years as a Senior Data Engineer delivering scalable data platforms.
• Hands-on Azure data engineering across SQL Server and Databricks.
• Kimball dimensional modelling is second nature.
• Think about business impact, not just code.
• Clear communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record with real outcomes and continuous learning.
• Nice to have IT education and solid software foundations.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the Azure data platforms for client accounts.
• Design maintainable data models and Kimball dimensional structures.
• Challenge requirements when needed and propose better options.
• Turn messy data problems into understandable solutions.
• Consider how work changes client outcomes beyond the ticket.
