Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Amsterdam is seeking a Portfolio and Innovation Manager to shape the growth agenda across Emerging Markets by identifying and advancing transformational opportunities that can scale across at least two Business Units.

You will lead early-phase innovation, translate business objectives and consumer insights into strong proposals for market execution, and collaborate with Global Innovation PODs, Nijmegen, and the Emerging Markets BUs.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, category, innovation or strategy.
• Strong interpersonal skills and analytical thinking.
• Ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Curate regional transformational innovation agenda across priority platforms.
• Lead Front End Innovation (FEI) phase for transformational projects with Global PODs and Nijmegen.
• Consolidate and report regional innovation tracking for visibility.
• Partner with R&D on Product Superiority and long-term technology platforms.
