Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Amsterdam is seeking a Portfolio and Innovation Manager to shape the growth agenda across Emerging Markets by identifying and advancing transformational opportunities with potential to scale across multiple BUs.

You will lead early phases of innovation, translating business objectives, consumer insights, and business cases into strong proposals for market execution, and coordinate with Global Innovation PODs and regional teams to ensure alignment.

Responsibilities

• Curate regional transformational innovation agenda across priority platforms.
• Lead Front End Innovation (FEI) phase for transformational projects.
• Consolidate and report regional innovation tracking for visibility.
• Partner with R&D on Product Superiority program and long-term tech platforms.
• Stay connected to pipeline and enable cross-market alignment across BUs.
