Job summary

Catalyze Group is seeking an Associate Business Developer to build networks across Life Sciences & Health, Green & Sustainable Innovations, and Industrial & Digital Technologies. You will identify and qualify new leads, support the BD teams, and nurture relationships that can evolve into partnerships.

The role targets recent graduates and early-career professionals aiming to grow in sales and innovation within the R&D ecosystem. English fluency is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Full professional proficiency in English; Dutch is an advantage.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Genuine interest in sales, innovation and business development.
• Resilience, persistence and motivation in outreach.
• Strategic thinking and ability to nurture high-potential leads.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand a network across LSH, GSI and IDT with diverse stakeholders.
• Conduct high-volume outreach to potential clients and industry experts.
• Identify, qualify and nurture high-potential leads for Catalyze.
• Develop a strong pipeline that can convert to sales opportunities.
• Develop understanding of Catalyze’s sectors, services and funding landscape.
• Support prospecting, follow-up and relationship management.
• Establish yourself as a credible contact for technical experts and leaders.
