Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with Life Sciences experience.
• 3–4 years of industry‑related business development experience.
• Strong network in Life Sciences in Benelux/Europe (academia and startups).
• Dutch and English fluency, spoken and written; German and French are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess prospect needs and fit with Medace.
• Detail oriented, goal‑oriented, and proactive.
• Team player able to handle high stress and go the extra mile.

Responsibilities

• Identify partnership opportunities connecting to possible leads; present our company to potential clients; follow‑up calls after online meetings and on‑site visits.
• Develop new relationships to grow business and help the company expand.
• Handle incoming requests from potential clients, create and feed into documents (cost indications, quotations and contracts), and follow‑up.
• Maintain existing business in close collaboration with the account managers.
• Work together with the Medace team to ensure that the offerings fit with the resources available.
• Assist with B2B marketing and social media, attend events, networking where possible.
