Job summary

Morgan McKinley is supporting a leading international bank in Amsterdam to recruit a Transaction Banking Sales professional. The role focuses on developing Cash & Liquidity Management business with Japanese corporate clients across Europe and supporting their European treasury requirements.

You'll originate new business, deepen client relationships and deliver tailored cash management, payment, collections, deposits and liquidity solutions, collaborating with RM, product teams and implementation

Qualifications

• At least 6-7 years in corporate or transaction banking or treasury services.
• Experience covering Japanese corporate clients, multinational exposure preferred.
• Proven track record in originating new business and managing client relationships.
• Knowledge of treasury requirements, payments, collections, deposits and liquidity management.

Responsibilities

• Originate and develop cash & liquidity management business with Japanese clients across Europe.
• Strengthen relationships and acquire new corporate customers through proactive development.
• Propose tailored payments, deposits and liquidity management solutions.
• Present cash concentration, notional pooling and digital banking solutions to treasury teams.
• Lead client presentations, treasury reviews and RFP processes to win mandates.
• Collaborate with RM, product specialists and implementation teams from origination to delivery.
• Develop account strategies to grow wallet share with Japanese multinationals.
• Drive growth in deposits, cash management revenue, fees and transaction volumes.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across markets to ensure delivery.
• Identify opportunities to expand treasury services across Europe.
