Job summary

Digital Realty is seeking an experienced senior procurement leader to define and drive the EMEA supply chain and procurement strategy, delivering cost reductions and value optimisation. You will lead sourcing activities, negotiations, and supplier consolidation, while establishing KPIs, SLAs, and governance to align with uptime priorities.

You will own risk management, standardise processes, and build a scalable procurement organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Extensive senior-level procurement or supply chain leadership experience.
• MCIPS, Chartered Procurement and Supply Professional; or equivalent accreditation.
• Senior leadership experience in supply chain or procurement at scale.
• Strong commercial and contract management capability.
• Experience supporting critical infrastructure or industrial operations.
• Proven delivery of cost savings and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute EMEA supply chain and procurement strategy.
• Deliver cost reduction and value optimisation targets.
• Lead sourcing activities, RFPs, contract negotiations, and supplier consolidation.
• Establish and enforce supplier KPIs, SLAs, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure procurement alignment with operational priorities and uptime requirements.
• Own supply chain risk management and resilience strategies.
• Standardise procurement processes, controls, and contract governance.
• Build and lead a scalable, high-performing procurement organisation.
• Lead procurement transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in regional and global leadership forums.
• Support strategic operational initiatives.
• Act as EMEA representative in global supply chain programme.
