Job summary

ASICS EMEA, located near Amsterdam, is seeking a Store Development Project Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of ASICS store projects across the EMEA region. You will oversee design, construction and maintenance of retail spaces, ensuring brand standards while managing budgets and timelines.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in omnichannel store design/construction, a relevant architecture/interior design degree, strong PM skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years coordinating store design/construction across the EMEA region.
• Bachelor's or Master's in architecture, interior design or retail design.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite and AutoCAD.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and construction of ASICS store projects across EMEA.
• Develop realistic budgets and manage approvals within timelines.
• Oversee all project management tasks including approvals, presentations and vendor coordination.
• Manage repairs and maintenance with focus on health and safety.
• Support annual rent, capex and maintenance budgets for retail real estate.
• Assist with lease negotiations and coordinate with landlords for store development.
• Support delivery of store development for openings, refits, relocations, closures and maintenance across ASICS-owned stores.
