Job summary

ASICS, headquartered at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, is seeking a Brand Media Coordinator (Temporary, 9 months).

You will support planning, coordination and rollout of media campaigns across the EMEA region, working with marketing teams, agencies and creative partners to plan, execute and optimise integrated media strategies that drive measurable results and maintain the highest standards of brand excellence.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in digital marketing or media.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret campaign performance.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and optimisation of media campaigns across the EMEA region.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for category marketing teams; align media plans with objectives.
• Translate briefs into media plans with KPIs and measurable objectives.
• Coordinate timelines, approvals, asset delivery, and reporting.
• Collaborate with media agencies, platforms, and internal teams for timely delivery.
• Monitor performance, analyse results, and suggest optimisation.
• Track budgets and ensure brand, platform, and localisation requirements are met.
