Job summary

ASICS, headquartered in Hoofddorp, is seeking a Brand Media Coordinator (Temporary, 9-months) to help plan, coordinate and rollout media campaigns across the EMEA region. You will work with marketing teams, agencies and creatives to execute integrated media strategies that uphold brand excellence.

You will manage briefs, timelines and budgets, analyze performance and deliver insights for ongoing optimisation, while ensuring localisation and brand alignment across channels.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, media, campaign management, or a similar role.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with additional European language skills considered a plus.
• High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality, accuracy and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of upper- and mid-funnel media campaigns across multiple channels throughout the EMEA region.
• Act as the day-to-day contact for category marketing teams, helping deliver media plans aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Review campaign briefs and translate them into effective media plans with clear KPIs, benchmarks and measurable objectives.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, stakeholder alignment, approvals, asset delivery, launch requirements and reporting schedules.
• Work collaboratively with media agencies, platform partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely campaign delivery.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing optimisation.
• Support campaign governance by tracking budgets, maintaining spend records, reviewing creative assets and ensuring brand, platform and localisation requirements are met.
