Job summary

CBRE is seeking an experienced EMEA Space & Occupancy Leader in Hilversum, Netherlands. The role oversees space planning and occupancy strategies across a dynamic portfolio, partnering with senior client stakeholders on workplace strategy and real estate decisions.

You will transform workplace data into actionable guidance across multiple EMEA locations. Responsibilities include leading a small team, driving occupancy scenarios, and collaborating with Workplace teams and leadership to shape

Qualifications

• Experience in Space Planning, Occupancy Planning, Workplace Strategy, Facilities Management or Corporate Real Estate.
• Strong analytical skills to turn workplace data into actionable insights.
• Experience with space management platforms such as Archibus, OSIS, PeoplePower and AutoCAD.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with senior leaders.
• Fluency in English; Dutch or another European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive space and occupancy planning across the EMEA portfolio with accurate data, floorplans and reporting.
• Translate occupancy trends and workforce insights into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Lead workplace planning initiatives including moves, reconfigurations and future occupancy scenarios.
• Partner with business leaders to optimize space utilization and employee experience.
• Act as trusted advisor across EMEA and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Lead and develop a small team to foster a high-performing culture.
