Job summary

Cover Genius is seeking a Senior Claims Manager, EMEA, to establish operations for hyper-growth in a regulated environment. You will lead leaders across the UK, EU, and broader EMEA, embedding into daily claims operations, driving SLA compliance, onboarding partners, and monitoring performance metrics and loss ratios.

You will shape the regional human-in-the-loop strategy, apply AI to high-volume processing, and ensure expert handling of complex, high-empathy moments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in claims leadership in high-growth Insurtech or insurance.
• LOB experience across Travel, A&H, Marine or Motor.
• Operational excellence with PM, QA, risk and onboarding.
• Cross-border regulatory familiarity (FCA, EU IDD/EIOPA) and multi-currency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-managers claims organization in a hybrid setup.
• Ensure SLA compliance, onboarding efficiency and performance metrics.
• Drive AI and automation driven adjudication and end-to-end claims automation.
• Oversee underwriting referral workflows and audit-ready processes.
• Manage regulatory governance across UK/EU markets and ensure compliance.
