Job summary

Delta seeks a Security Operations Engineer to own day-to-day operational security for the EMEA region. You will work with the Regional ISO and HQ Security to implement risk-based protections across IT, plants and OT, focusing on monitoring, incident response and vulnerability management.

Based in the Netherlands, you will help mature security processes, develop incident runbooks, and support ISO 27001 and NIS2 audits in a multinational manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information security or related field.
• 2–3 years in hands-on IT security operations, incident response or security engineering.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 / Entra ID and EDR/XDR tools.
• Experience in a multinational/multi-site manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Security monitoring and triage for EMEA with HQ Security.
• End-to-end incident response including containment and reporting.
• Run vulnerability management cycles and remediation verification.
• Review changes from a security perspective and aid with audits.
