Delta Energy Systems in the Netherlands seeks an experienced Export Compliance Specialist to lead the Export Compliance Program for the EMEA region. You will drive program development, ensure alignment with EU export controls, and coordinate with Delta Corporate in Taiwan to safeguard global trade operations.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, regulatory knowledge, and the capacity to train staff and perform due diligence across customers, suppliers, and third parties.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in export compliance in an international business environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, International Trade, Business, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of EU export control regulations (e.g., EU Dual-Use Regulation, UK Export Control Act).
• Experience in working with government export authorities and compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of another European language or Chinese is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple compliance initiatives simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and manage the Export Compliance Program in EMEA.
• Ensure alignment with EU export regulations and Delta Corporate policies from Taiwan.
• Define and maintain Export Compliance policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead cross-functional compliance platforms, working closely with Sales, Logistics, Legal, and Corporate Governance teams.
• Conduct training programs to educate employees on compliance responsibilities and regulatory changes.
• Oversee and execute due diligence checks on customers, suppliers, and third parties.
• Investigate and report compliance violations, ensuring appropriate corrective actions are taken.
• Monitor regulatory developments and adapt compliance strategies accordingly.
• Represent Delta EMEA in export control audits and external regulatory engagements.
• Maintain detailed compliance records and reports, ensuring transparency and traceability.
