Job summary

Hitachi Vantara seeks an experienced SAP EMEA Regional Leader to drive strategic growth and operational excellence of our SAP practice across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Lead a multi-country team, expand market share, and ensure successful SAP delivery for clients.

You will shape regional strategy, manage budgets and P&L, nurture client relationships, and oversee complex implementations. Travel across the EMEA region is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 15+ years in SAP consulting/implementation with 5+ years in leadership managing regional teams & P&L.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and market share expansion in SAP within EMEA.
• Deep knowledge of SAP modules: S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, SRM, BI; strong industry practices.
• Strong leadership, people management, and client relationship skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional SAP business strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing SAP team across multiple countries.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability for the SAP practice in EMEA through new business and account expansion.
• Oversee successful SAP implementations, upgrades, and support projects with client satisfaction and profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and SAP representatives in EMEA.
• Monitor market trends and SAP technologies to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies.
• Manage regional budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
• Represent Hitachi Digital Services at industry events and customer forums.
