Job summary

Hitachi Digital Services is seeking an experienced SAP EMEA Regional Leader to drive strategic growth and operational excellence across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will lead a diverse team, expand market share, and ensure successful delivery of SAP solutions to clients in the region.

The role requires deep SAP knowledge, a proven leadership track record, and strong client relationships. You will manage budgets, travel across the region, and represent Hitachi at events and forums,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years in SAP consulting/implementation, with at least 5 years in regional leadership and P&L.
• Proven track record of growing revenue and market share within SAP in EMEA.
• Deep knowledge of SAP modules (S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, SRM, BI) and best practices.
• Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and results orientation.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional SAP business strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing SAP team across multiple countries.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability for the SAP practice through new and expanded business.
• Oversee successful delivery of SAP implementations, upgrades, and support with client satisfaction in mind.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and SAP representatives.
• Monitor market trends to identify opportunities and adapt regional strategies.
• Manage regional budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
• Represent Hitachi Digital Services at industry events and customer forums.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
