Job summary

Hitachi Vantara is seeking an experienced SAP EMEA Regional Leader to steer the strategic growth and operational excellence of the SAP practice across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will lead a multinational team, expand market share, and ensure successful delivery of complex SAP projects to a diverse client base.

The role demands 15+ years in SAP, 5+ years in regional leadership, and a track record of revenue growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, Business Admin, or related field; Master’s preferred.
15+ years of SAP consulting/implementation experience; 5+ years in leadership managing regional teams and P&L.
Proven revenue growth and market share in SAP ecosystem in EMEA.
Deep knowledge of SAP modules (S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, SRM, BI).
Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional SAP business strategy aligned with global objectives.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing SAP team across multiple countries.
Drive revenue growth and profitability for the SAP practice in EMEA.
Oversee delivery of SAP implementations, upgrades, and support projects with client satisfaction.
Represent Hitachi Digital Services at industry events and with key clients.
