Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years working experience with SAP in a supply chain management role in an international environment.
• Basic import-export knowledge.
• Proficient SAP transactions and Office software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience in international organizations and ability to work under pressure while prioritizing and solving problems.
• Strong team player able to manage multiple stakeholders with high-quality, timely work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Experience with data analysis tools (Power BI, SQL).

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate master data, including pricing and customer information, in internal systems.
• Monitor inventory, safety stock and forecast data to support supply planning.
• Process and manage customer orders, delivery dates and inbound schedules.
• Respond to customer inquiries with accurate information on availability, pricing and delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors, factories and third-party suppliers for procurement.
• Serve as the main contact for key accounts, ensuring smooth order handling, shipment and invoicing.
• Track order trends, forecast accuracy and customer demand to support planning.
• Issue invoices and proforma invoices; review AR and overdue invoices; process logistic invoices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and remote colleagues for aligned operations.
• Follow up on incomplete data with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers for high satisfaction.
• Support Sales with customer documents, CRM updates, sales reporting, samples, and admin tasks.
