Job summary

AtriCure in Amsterdam seeks a Sales Contract and Pricing Specialist to manage contract lifecycle, pricing, commercial tender support, and T&C reviews in the EMEA region. You will work with hospitals, field-based reps, and internal staff to facilitate contract and pricing management for the sales team.

The role requires strong analytical skills, MS Excel proficiency, and the ability to collaborate across teams. Prior MedTech, tender, or procurement experience is preferred, with English fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in contract management, pricing or sales administration.
• Strong accuracy, data interpretation, and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Review and renew commercial customer contracts for compliance.
• Maintain contract repository and CRM data accuracy.
• Create quotes and price lists aligned with national pricing strategies.
• Support new tenders; review terms and ensure timely submission.
• Collaborate with legal on contract terms deviations.
• Provide regular progress reports and presentations.
