Job summary

AtriCure, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to prospect, qualify, and close direct business sales in cardiac operating and related departments within hospitals in designated territories. The role includes training surgeons and staff in procedures and providing O.R.

and follow-up support as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship management, teamwork, and strategic planning skills with the Product Development team, and be fluent in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Experience selling into the Electrophysiology/ cardiac ablation market is helpful.
• Must have a successful track record with sales quota achievement.
• Strong clinical and technical aptitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Willingness to travel 50–80% depending on territory size and maturity.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and execute a strategic sales plan for designated territory to achieve targets.
• Continually identify new customers, contacts, and opportunities.
• Increase penetration and adoption within existing accounts to grow the base business.
• Collaborate with Area Director to meet corporate sales goals.
• Work with marketing to share industry news and trends and feedback.
• Attend industry trade shows and events as needed.
• Manage territory and track customer activity.
• Ensure access requirements for hospitals/healthcare sites are met.
