Job summary

AtriCure, Inc. is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to cover hospitals in the Netherlands. You will train surgeons and staff, manage key accounts, and drive sales in cardiac operating and related departments.

Extensive travel (50-80%) is required to support procedures and post‑op care. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, proven sales success, and fluency in English and Dutch. You will collaborate with the Product Development and Marketing teams to expand adoption of ablation systems and LAA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Strong clinical and technical aptitude with a proven relationship-building ability.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Experience selling into the Electrophysiology market is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and execute a strategic sales plan for designated territory to achieve targets.
• Identify new customers, contacts, and opportunities.
• Increase penetration and adoption within existing accounts to grow the base business.
• Collaborate with Area Director to meet corporate sales goals.
• Travel and train surgeons and staff in OR procedures and follow-up care.
