Job summary

ASICS EMEA, based at our headquarters in Hoofddorp near Amsterdam, is seeking a Merchandising Operations Analyst to support in-season assortment updates, data quality, and cross-functional collaboration. You will analyse sales data with Excel and Power BI, resolve order issues, and help drive operational excellence across Merchandising, Sales, Customer Service and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in merchandising, planning, sales/commercial operations, or another analytical business environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Commerce or a related field.
• Strong analytical and data management capabilities.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute in-season assortment updates and ensure accurate publication across all merchandising systems.
• Maintain high-quality merchandising data by conducting regular accuracy checks across multiple systems.
• Provide daily operational and system support to the Merchandising team to facilitate their workflow.
• Analyse assortment and sales data using Excel and Power BI to deliver actionable insights for decision-making.
• Manage and resolve failed orders and assortment-related requests to ensure smooth operational flow throughout the selling season.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Sales, Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure alignment across functions.
• Identify and implement opportunities for operational excellence to continuously improve merchandising processes.
