Delrin USA, LLC in Dordrecht, NL seeks a Regional IT Support Specialist to deliver advanced technical support (Level 2/3) to end users across the EMEA region, with occasional global responsibilities. This role requires independent work, proactive communication, and ownership from planning through completion.

You will install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows devices, manage Intune and Entra ID, and collaborate on IT projects to minimize business disruption while supporting regional

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; able to communicate with users and IT teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 2/3 end-user IT support across the EMEA region.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Manage Intune-managed devices and Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive).
• Serve as on-site resource for infrastructure incidents and projects.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions in ServiceNow; share knowledge.
• Collaborate with regional IT leads and global infrastructure teams on projects.
