Job summary
Lever, Inc. seeks a Product Lead Practitioner to advise investors and technology leaders on high-impact product and technology decisions across the EMEA.
Based in the Netherlands, you will assess strategy, AI capabilities, market positioning, and growth opportunities throughout the investment lifecycle. Qualifications
- 15+ years of product management experience with senior leadership roles.
- Strong B2B software or SaaS experience across international markets.
- Hands-on AI/ML product development and strategy experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead product assessments for investment firms and portfolio companies across the EMEA lifecycle.
- Evaluate product strategy, roadmaps, GTM approaches, and defensibility across markets.
- Assess AI capabilities, data strategy, risk, and value creation for products.
- Analyse product-market fit, segmentation, localisation, and growth assumptions.
- Review product organisations, delivery capabilities, and cross-border readiness.
- Conduct executive interviews and market research; synthesize into investable deliverables.
- Present complex product and market insights to investment teams and leadership.
- Advise on strategy, localisation, and post-investment product development.
