Job summary

Wolters Kluwer seeks a senior product leader to guide AI-enabled product development across a global software portfolio. You will embed with business-unit teams, coach leaders, and drive lighthouse initiatives with measurable outcomes.

You will own strategy, discovery, delivery and governance, turning insights into repeatable tools and scalable practices that raise the bar for enterprise software. Travel ~35%.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Product Management/Leadership in B2B software or SaaS.
• Ownership of strategy and outcomes for a substantial product/portfolio.
• Led cross-functional teams to meaningful customer and business outcomes.
• Strong product craft across discovery, strategy, experimentation, roadmaps, launch and measurement.
• Recent hands-on experience building AI-enabled or agentic products.
• Ability to diagnose root causes and translate insight into action.
• Influence on product direction beyond a single team.
• Strong storytelling and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities and align decisions with outcomes.
• Define, pilot and scale PDLC and AI-enabled product development capabilities.
• Lead lighthouse engagements across strategy, discovery, experimentation, delivery, launch and measurement.
• Embed with cross-functional teams to diagnose barriers and translate insight into change.
• Coach product leaders and improve operating models, governance and metrics.
• Turn practices into repeatable tools and standards for enterprise adoption.
• Establish success measures and use evidence to guide rollout.
