Qualifications

• Significant experience in product management leadership within software/technology.
• Proven track record of managing cross-geography product portfolios and driving growth.
• Experience leading managers and senior product professionals.
• Strong commercial product management experience, including pricing and market positioning.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for the product portfolio.
• Drive growth across multiple markets and customer segments.
• Identify new business opportunities from market, customer, and competitive insights.
• Lead AI-enabled product capabilities and embed AI into core workflows.
• Oversee portfolio investments and translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Develop go-to-market strategies with commercial teams.
• Shape pricing models and market positioning for value creation.
• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers and leaders.
