Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly payroll processing across multiple EMEA countries with HR, Finance, employees, and providers.
• Manage payroll calendar, inputs, approvals, and payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Review payroll calculations, registers, and payment files for completeness.
• Coordinate payroll funding and salary/benefit payments with Finance and Treasury.
• Serve as primary liaison for third-party payroll service providers in the EMEA region.
• Maintain payroll records and documentation per policy and local requirements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes across the EMEA region.
• Assist with payroll-related audits and provide documentation.
• Onboard new payroll providers when required.
