Job summary

IMC is seeking a Payroll Specialist in Amsterdam to manage Dutch payroll and support the Tax Manager across multiple entities. You will ensure accurate payroll processing, reconciliation of records, and collaboration with HR Operations to optimize processes. You will contribute to automation and controls to scale payroll operations.

The role requires strong attention to detail, a pragmatic mindset, and fluency in English and Dutch in a dynamic, international setting.

Qualifications

• MBO level qualification in payroll is required.
• PDL certification Praktijk Diploma Loonadministratie verified.
• >2 years of relevant experience in an international environment.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (business language).
• Comfortable working with high standards in a dynamic, flat organization.
• Approachable, organized and service minded.

Responsibilities

• Execute our Dutch payroll in ADP and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain and reconcile payroll records and verify payroll data.
• Collaborate with HR Operations to align payroll processes and responsibilities.
• Drive process improvements and automation, including AI opportunities.
• Document and maintain payroll procedures, controls and roles.
• Provide payroll information to employees, managers and stakeholders.
