Stryker is seeking an Associate Brand Manager, Patient Care, to lead the bed portfolio across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will combine strategic brand management with hands-on execution, using market insights to identify growth opportunities and drive adoption of our Patient Care bed portfolio.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, English fluency, and preferably an MBA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience.
• Experience in B2B environments.
• Fluency in English; additional local language a plus.
• MBA preferred.
• Experience in medical devices, healthcare or B2B marketing.
• Experience developing marketing plans and measuring marketing performance.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Patient Care bed brand across EMEA, driving portfolio growth and differentiation.
• Develop annual marketing plans and long-term roadmaps with regional teams.
• Analyse performance, TAM, margins, pipeline and market opportunities.
• Create scalable marketing campaigns, tools and assets for regional teams.
• Partner with regional product managers, sales and Education teams to translate insights into initiatives.
• Support lifecycle activities including launches, phase-in/out, messaging and pricing.
• Develop customer engagement initiatives with Marketing and Education partners.
