Role requires 8+ years in international marketing or brand management, MBA preferred, and excellent English communications. Hybrid work model with up to 40% travel across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years in international Marketing/Brand Management or related fields.
• Excellent interpersonal, persuasion and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
• Strong strategic thinking, adaptability, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cultures and functions.
• Experience with stakeholders across markets and organizations.

Responsibilities

• Set annual and long-range brand strategy for EMEA to drive growth and market share.
• Create and distribute scalable assets, tools and campaigns with localization for impact.
• Develop education and brand experiences for internal and external audiences.
• Build strong relationships with local marketers, sales, and customers.
• Lead Annual Marketing Plan and 3–5 year portfolio roadmap for EMEA.
• Forecast demand with country leadership and coordinate with Supply Chain.
• Manage branding, messaging, positioning and pricing for assigned brands.
• Lead commercialization planning for new products and develop KOLs.
• Travel up to 40% for customer-facing activities.
