The role includes developing annual marketing plans, partnerships with regional teams, and translating field insights into actionable initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred for advanced marketing strategy.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in B2B environments.
• Experience developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns.
• Fluent in English; additional local language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Patient Care bed brand across EMEA to drive growth and differentiation.
• Develop annual marketing plans and multi-year roadmaps aligned with global strategy.
• Analyse performance, TAM, margins, and opportunities to advise senior leadership.
• Create scalable campaigns and assets for regional adaptation.
• Collaborate with product managers, sales, and education teams on initiatives.
• Support lifecycle activities including launches, phase-ins, and pricing.
