Job summary
Nike EHQ in Hilversum, Netherlands is seeking a Supply Chain Order Entry & Order Management Specialist to ensure smooth execution of order management activities across the EMEA marketplace and drive operational excellence. The role partners with Planning, Sales, Merchandising, Analytics and Technology to meet seasonal deadlines and improve processes.
The position is a temporary assignment through 31 December 2026, offering hybrid work and competitive compensation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics or a related field.
- min 1 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics or Order Management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and identify trends.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional and international environment.
- Advanced Excel skills; SAP experience is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Execute seasonal order entry and order management activities with a high level of accuracy.
- Manage order book reconciliation and resolve discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with Planning, Sales, Merchandising, Analytics and Technology teams across EMEA.
- Support critical business milestones and ensure timely execution against seasonal deadlines.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
- Monitor operational performance and help drive service, profitability and efficiency targets.
- Act as a key supply chain partner by providing expertise and support across cross-functional teams.
