As Technician Laboratory Equipment at GenDx,you play an essential role in ensuring that our laboratory equipment performs at its best, supporting the development, production, and quality control of our innovative transplant diagnostics solutions. Your work directly contributes to the reliability and quality of the products that help improve patients’ lives worldwide.
In this role, you are responsible for planning and coordinating preventive maintenance, testing, and calibration of laboratory equipment, ensuring compliance with GenDx quality standards. You also troubleshoot technical issues and work closely with colleagues to quickly resolve equipment malfunctions and minimize downtime.
To be successful in this role, you are accurate, well-organized, and proactive, with a hands-on approach to solving technical challenges. You enjoy working in a structured environment and communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, enabling smooth collaboration across teams.
