Job summary

Hach, a Veralto company, seeks a Marketing Communications Manager for EMEA to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth across regions. You will own the end-to-end campaign strategy, craft customer-focused messaging, and lead integrated, multi-channel programs in collaboration with regional and global teams.

You will manage stakeholders, enable data-driven decisions, and push for innovative ideas while maintaining alignment with commercial objectives and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of B2B marketing with end-to-end campaign management.
• Proven multi-channel campaigns generating leads, pipeline, and revenue.
• Strong English writing and verbal communication.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM like Marketo/Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA campaign strategy from insight to execution, driving brand awareness and revenue growth.
• Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, social, events, and offline activities.
• Develop messaging that translates value propositions into customer-focused content.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product teams to align campaigns with priorities.
• Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for ROI.
