Fliteboard, backed by Brunswick, is seeking a Logistics Planner to lead product-flow planning across Europe from Amsterdam and Verviers. You will own inbound containers, import clearance, and inventory accuracy while coordinating with a 3PL partner and internal teams across countries.

You'll travel between Amsterdam and Verviers, build strong cross‑group relationships, and drive on‑time order releases, documentation, and customer communications.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of logistics planning experience, ideally with a 3PL or remote management of warehouse partner
• Hands-on experience with import customs clearance and export documentation across EMEA
• Strong systems skills: WMS, CRM, Shopify and Salesforce, plus advanced Excel
• High attention to detail and a structured, proactive problem-solving approach
• Clear, professional communication in English and French (French required for daily coordination)
• Ability to build strong relationships with Belgian colleagues and internal/external partners
• Willingness to travel regularly between Amsterdam and Verviers

Responsabilités

• Plan inbound containers and transfers, pre‑advise warehouse, manage import customs clearance
• Own Flite's online inventory with daily reconciliation and stock adjustments
• Plan and prioritise orders daily, release to warehouse before cut-off
• Ensure all export documents are complete (invoices, declarations, certificates)
• Act as main contact for customers and dealers after dispatch
• Coordinate returns from instruction to processing with teams
• Lead weekly operational review with 3PL partner and track service levels
• Continuously improve logistics processes and reporting
