PSA BDP in Rotterdam seeks a Bulk Marine Planner to manage day-to-day logistics, vessel nominations, voyage execution, and documentation within contractual terms. You will coordinate cross-functionally with planning, sites, procurement and external partners, using SAP and logistics systems to optimize material flows and resolve shipment issues, driving safe and on-time delivery.

Strong communication and data analysis skills are essential to identify risks, cost, and compliance improvements

Qualifications

• MBO-4 or Associate Degree.
• ≥3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing or Procure to Pay.
• Strong cross-functional coordination, ownership, and end-to-end supply chain focus.

Responsabilités

• Operational accuracy in Bulk Marine logistics systems (vessel nominations, voyage execution, documentation) aligned with contracts.
• End-to-end logistics execution and optimization of material flows.
• Coordinate between internal stakeholders and external parties to meet loading windows, specs and safety docs.
• Provide SME guidance to business and functional projects.
