Job summary

Capri Holdings Limited seeks a Vice President, Logistics & Distribution – EMEA to lead end-to-end distribution across Europe, supporting Capri brands in EMEA. This role guides multi-brand DC operations, outbound transport, and key supplier partnerships while acting as a 4PL leader for the organization.

You will partner with regional brand leadership, drive KPIs, and foster a high-performing culture. Hybrid schedule and global collaboration are core aspects of this senior leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain management.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in logistics and operations.
• Experience in Retail/Fashion industry preferred.
• Experience leading a global organization with budget responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics and distribution operations for EMEA DCs and transportation.
• Lead strategic plans to deliver service and performance aligned with brand strategy.
• Manage day-to-day operations with internal and external partners (4PL).
• Develop best practices to drive efficiency and reduce costs with carriers and brokers.
• Provide recommendations to S&OP/OE and participate in meetings for capacity planning.
• Partner with business leadership to support brand growth and customer service.
