Job summary

Nike is seeking a Senior Specialist within the EMEA Learning & Development (L&D) team to strengthen leadership capability and culture across the enterprise. The role collaborates with Global L&D, HR, and external partners to design, execute, and facilitate scalable learning experiences that energise careers.

They will lead enterprise leadership programmes, manage end-to-end logistics, and deliver data-driven insights to continuously improve learning outcomes across regions.

Qualifications

• Solid experience across learning operations, facilitation, leadership development, instructional design, or related L&D roles.
• Experience facilitating corporate learning experiences for senior audiences.
• Ability to lead and manage complex learning initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and operational excellence.
• Comfort using Workday Learning, Zoom Webinars, and enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as EMEA programme owner for core learning and leadership development programmes.
• Partner with HR, business leaders, and vendors to identify learning needs and deliver integrated solutions.
• Lead programme planning, governance, budgets, and delivery milestones.
• Use data to influence portfolio decisions and improve learning solutions.
• Facilitate leadership programmes and complex sessions across regions for senior audiences.
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics, vendor management, and reporting in Workday Learning.
• Produce reports on attendance, forecasting, and feedback to inform decisions.
• Elevate participant experience and optimise budget impact.
