Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Service Logistic Supervisor for our EMEA service team in ’s-Hertogenbosch. You will lead daily logistics operations and report to the Service Manager Logistics, ensuring efficient shipments, inventory control and process improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in international logistics with strong leadership, fluency in Dutch and English, and SAP/Excel proficiency. You will collaborate with partners, manage a small team, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• MBO logistics with relevant experience or equivalent.
• 5+ years of proven logistics and leadership experience in international logistics.
• Proficiency with Excel and SAP.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with international parts logistics and shipping.
• Dutch and English fluency in speech and writing.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Team player who can travel up to 30 km to the office.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shipments, replenishments, returns, tracking and inventory.
• Lead a small team after induction.
• Oversee EMEA depots inventory management and related administration.
• Coordinate shipments to and from customers and maintain records.
• Propose efficiency improvements and optimize processes.
• Maintain contacts with partners and suppliers.
• Ensure clear internal communication with other departments.
