Job summary

Radiall in Hoevelaken is seeking an Inside Sales Representative EMEA for a part-time role (32 hours/week) in a hybrid setup (3 days on-site, 1 day remote). You will be the primary contact for a customer portfolio across the EMEA region, handling quotes, RFQs and order coordination with planning and SAP SD.

You should hold a Bachelor's degree in International Trade or Business Administration and have ~3 years of experience in inside sales, account or order management in a B2B environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration or a related field.
• Approximately 3 years of relevant experience in inside sales, account management, order management or customer service in a B2B environment.
• Proficiency in SAP SD is a strong asset; experience with ERP systems is required.
• Good command of MS Office, Google Suite or equivalent.
• Understanding of commercial terms and order management processes.
• Ability to analyse customer needs and propose suitable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and respond to quotes (RFQs) in a timely and competitive manner
• Follow up on quotes and maximise conversion into orders
• Identify and communicate new business opportunities to field sales and internal teams
• Build long-term customer relationships and understand each account's needs
• Enter, manage and track orders in the ERP system (SAP SD) and ensure compliance with terms
• Handle customer complaints and claims, coordinating with planners and internal teams
• Interact with marketing, Supply Chain and product line leaders to provide tailored proposals

REALIZE YOUR TALENT

As Inside Sales Representative EMEA, you are the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers across the EMEA region. This is not a purely administrative role: you bring a genuine commercial mindset to every interaction, managing quotes and RFQs, driving order conversion and coordinating with internal planners to ensure seamless delivery.

• Prepare and respond to customer requests for quotes (RFQs) in a timely and competitive manner
• Follow up on quotes proactively and maximise conversion into orders
• Identify and communicate new business opportunities (upsell, cross-sell) to field sales representatives and relevant internal teams
• Build long-term customer relationships and develop a deep understanding of each account's needs

Order management & administration

• Enter, manage and track orders in the ERP system (SAP SD)
• Ensure compliance of orders with the commercial terms and conditions agreed
• Handle customer complaints and claims efficiently, coordinating with planners and internal teams
• Interact with marketing, Supply Chain, Credit Management and product line leaders to provide accurate information and tailored proposals

YOUR STRENGTHS

You hold a Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration or a related field.

You have approximately 3 years of relevant experience in inside sales, account management, order management or customer service in a B2B environment.

• Proficiency in SAP (SD module) is a strong asset, experience with ERP systems is required
• Good command of office and collaborative tools (MS Office, Google Suite or equivalent)
• Understanding of commercial terms and order management processes
• Ability to analyse customer needs and propose suitable solutions

Languages

• Dutch: professional proficiency required (spoken and written)
