Razer (Europe) GmbH in Amsterdam is seeking an Associate Manager, Marketing Operations to lead planning, tracking and reporting across the EMEA region. You will own regional/global budget tracking tools and coordinate cross-functional teams.

The role requires 3–5+ years in marketing operations, strong analytics, Excel prowess, and fluency in English, with exposure to gaming industry preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, marketing support, or project management.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to turn large datasets into dashboards.
• Proficiency in Excel with PivotTables, PowerPivot, PowerQuery, advanced conditional formatting, and functions.
• Familiarity with tracking, reporting, and campaign-planning tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and cross-regional environment.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Support the entire EMEA Marketing team across planning, tracking and reporting.
• Own input into regional and global marketing performance and budget tracking tools.
• Support EMEA-wide marketing calendar planning and product sample management.
• Coordinate between regional and global divisions to align strategy and execution.
• Collaborate with the EMEA Marketing Director, regional heads, and global stakeholders.
• Maintain an up-to-date EMEA-wide marketing calendar.
• Manage timelines and ensure deliverables meet deadlines; train teams.
• Design and own a holistic product sample management process.
