Job summary

Vanderlande, headquartered in Veghel, Netherlands, seeks a Team Lead HR Operations EMEA to lead first-line HR services for the EMEA region. You will guide a 16-person service desk across NL, UK, ES, ME, and DE, ensuring SLA adherence, quality, and customer satisfaction while driving continuous improvement in global HR processes.

You will report into the Global HR Service Desk Lead and partner with HR Partners and Centers of Expertise to deliver services in alignment with the global operating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s level in HR or related field.
• Experience in an international environment and operating within a Service Delivery Model.
• Experience in HR Operations or HR Service Desk.
• Strong people leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Experience in global or matrix organizations.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
• Customer-focused with a strong service mindset.
• Analytical with ability to translate data into improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to balance strategic priorities with operational execution.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication in English (Dutch a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Service Agents (16 employees across NL, UK, ES, ME, DE).
• Set clear performance expectations and monitor KPIs (SLA, quality, CSAT).
• Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and development planning.
• Foster high-performance, customer-centric culture.
• Act as first escalation point for complex HR cases.
• Support workload planning and scheduling.
