Job summary

Mendix and RapidMiner within Siemens Digital Industries Software seek an experienced Zone Leader, EMEA GTM, to shape industry strategy and drive revenue targets across the region. You will lead a multi-product, multi-market GTM effort and manage a matrix organization spanning Sales, BDRs, Presales, Partners, and Customer Success.

You will collaborate with Country Managers, Vertical leaders, and senior executives to align plans, build pipeline, and accelerate ARR growth for Mendix and RapidMiner,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales; 5+ years GTM leadership across EMEA.
• Proven ability to lead through influence in complex orgs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in B2B SaaS sales.
• Transformational leader who mentors teams.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall GTM strategy and execution for Mendix and RapidMiner across the EMEA region.
• Collaborate with Country Managers and Vertical leadership to align objectives.
• Lead and manage a matrix team of Sales Managers and drive pipeline and ARR growth.
• Shape the regional partner and channel strategy to expand revenue opportunities.
• Foster a high-performance culture with agility, metrics, and scalability.
• Coordinate pipeline reviews, opportunity management, AE performance analysis, and weekly forecasts.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on performance and plans.
