Datadog is seeking a Field Enablement Manager to drive ongoing ramp and everboarding for Enterprise sellers across EMEA, including the UK, DACH, France, Benelux, and the Nordics. You will tailor global programs to local market realities and build trusted relationships with Enterprise Sales leaders.

This role requires independent work, strong relationship skills, and the ability to adapt enablement programs for a fast-growing, sophisticated Enterprise segment. Expect ~25% travel across EMEA.

Qualifications

  • 4–5 years of experience in sales enablement or related GTM roles, supporting Enterprise teams across multiple countries.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong facilitation skills for live and virtual training with senior audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver live and virtual enablement sessions focused on ramp and ongoing training across EMEA.
  • Administer program certifications and provide structured feedback.
  • Listen to field needs and adapt programs to regional Enterprise realities.
  • Lead post-program reinforcement and coaching with practical activities.
  • Collaborate with Curriculum, Program Management, and Ops to pilot content and train first-line leaders.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery and surface insights.
