Job summary

Huxley in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Event Specialist to join its EMEA Marketing team on a fixed-term 8-month contract. You will lead end-to-end planning and execution of events, partnerships and brand activations across the EMEA region.

Reporting to the Head of Events EMEA, you will manage multiple stakeholders, coordinate agencies and budgets, and travel across Europe as needed. Hybrid work with minimum 3 days in the Amsterdam office and 20% travel expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, partnerships or brand activations.
• Brand-side experience is strongly preferred.
• Agency backgrounds are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of events and activations across EMEA.
• Manage projects from briefing and concept development through execution and evaluation.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders across multiple marketing functions.
• Manage agencies, suppliers, budgets, timelines and logistics.
• Drive collaboration and alignment across teams.
• Track event performance and maintain project documentation.
