Job summary

Euronext in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Event Manager to organize gong ceremonies, IPO-related events, conferences and workshops. The role covers physical, hybrid and virtual formats, with occasional travel within Europe to support events at other locations.

You will coordinate logistics, manage agencies, liaise with legal/contracts, ensure branding compliance, and report on outcomes. The team delivers over 400 events annually across Europe and values high-quality execution and cost

Qualifications

• 2 years of professional experience in events, communications, media relations or marketing.
• Experience in an international environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize and deliver virtual, hybrid and physical events in Amsterdam, including gong ceremonies, workshops and large-scale conferences.
• Coordinate all event logistics: invitations, guest lists, catering, AV, webcasting, signage and gifts.
• Brief and manage external agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders, including legal contracts and invoicing.
