Job summary

Vistar Media, a leading DOOH advertising platform, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive DSP revenue in the Benelux within the EMEA region. You will forge strategic partnerships with media agencies and brands, steward negotiations, and onboard buyers to our full stack offering.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales experience.
• Understanding of digital advertising technology and programmatic buying.
• Introductory familiarity with Out-of-Home (OOH) media.
• Proven ability to establish and nurture client relationships.
• Existing network within media agencies is highly preferred.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Drive DSP revenue growth in the Benelux; build strategic partnerships with media agencies and brands to hit revenue targets.
• Onboard digital advertising buyers and programmatic traders with the account team.
• Identify and capture high-potential opportunities within Benelux, including traditional OOH buyers.
• Negotiate and execute media and platform agreements; ensure fulfillment and long-term growth.
• Lead education sessions for clients on digital OOH and programmatic trading models.
• Develop and maintain a robust EMEA industry network; represent the company at major events.
