Job summary

Broadsign is seeking a Client Success Manager to collaborate with sales on a multi-market portfolio across the EMEA region. You will master the business model, drive client growth, and ensure exceptional service at every touchpoint in the evolving DOOH programmatic ecosystem.

You will craft compelling media plans, own campaigns from planning to live execution, and partner with Sales, Ad Operations, and Client Success to deliver revenue retention and long-term value.

Qualifications

• Experience in programmatic ad operations or account management.
• Strong understanding of DSP/SSP and RTB landscape.
• Advanced Excel skills for data-driven campaign insights.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Craft campaign responses to RFPs and inventory requests, developing robust media plans.
• Own the full lifecycle of campaign opportunities from planning through live execution.
• Generate and communicate precise deal requirements for won opportunities and ensure accurate launches.
