Job summary

Vistar Media, based in Amsterdam, is seeking a Technical Account Manager to support DOOH and SaaS clients with technical guidance and deployment of new features. You will become an expert on our marketplace products, provide first-line debugging, onboard inventory, monitor integration health, and collaborate with product and partnerships teams to improve workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in ad operations for digital/online advertising and marketing.
• Experience with ad servers, CMS systems and programmatic buying.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
• Obsessed with making clients happy.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in Vistar’s Marketplace Products and Services.
• Act as the first line of support for debugging and provide technical support to internal teams and clients.
• Contribute to partnerships team to support on a technical level where required.
• Lead internal and external deployments of new product features.
• Identify client knowledge gaps and implement documentation or process improvements.
• Implement solutions to help automate workflows.
• Work with the product team to improve our product suite, processes, documentation, and internal tools.
• Onboard inventory from new and existing clients to Vistar’s platform.
• Proactively monitor integration health for existing partners.
• Provide troubleshooting support to all demand side buyers using Vistar and Partner DSPs.
